How do you select your raw materials?

Our chocolate is made from the highest quality of ingredients and we only work with cacao butter. We also conduct different quality controls in-house to uphold our high standards.

Why non-conventional products?

Our primary objective is to make healthy, sustainable, fair-trade and above all tasty (chocolate) products. There is a high demand for specialty and free-from chocolate products driven by a rise in food-allergies, diabetes and a shift towards healthier lifestyles and ingredients.

What are the advantages of coconut blossom sugar and cane sugar?

Both types of sugar are unrefined which means that the vitamins and minerals are preserved.

Coconut blossom sugar is a healthy, sustainable and natural sugar suitable for people who wish to limit their sugar consumption. This sugar is made from the nectar of organic coconut blossom and is rich in healthy nutrients, including several B vitamins and various minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium. Coconut blossom sugar has a glycaemic index of 35. This means that energy can be obtained from it for longer and it is therefore a healthy alternative for people with high blood sugar or type 2 diabetes. Coconut blossom sugar is also particularly sustainable because farmers can harvest from the same tree for years on end.

Organic cane sugar has the full-bodied taste of sugarcane it also retains a lot of the nutrients originally present. Unrefined cane sugar contains 17 amino acids, 11 minerals and 6 vitamins, including antioxidants. It is made up of sucrose, fructose and glucose.

Are all products non-GMO?

Yes, all our products are non-genetically modified organisms. Furthermore, all our raw materials are selected with utmost care.
